
ABOUT SACHA

Sacha Lyson is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern who is completing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She practices under the supervision of Amy Pezzotti, LPC-S, RPT-S.
Before beginning her counseling career, Sacha spent more than 15 years coaching, mentoring, and supporting individuals through life transitions in leadership roles within organizations throughout Austin. These experiences deepened her passion for helping others navigate meaningful periods of growth and ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in clinical mental health counseling.
Sacha has received specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, including CBT approaches designed specifically for children and adolescents. Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and practical. She works to create an authentic and supportive environment where individuals feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore their emotions, recognize their strengths, build confidence, and develop tools they can use in everyday life.

Sacha offers counseling at a discounted intern rate ($50 with sliding scale available) and currently has weekend and evening appointment availability.
